I have a passion for helping those who may have neglected their own health because of the challenges of family and career commitments. I have achieved the highest certification level as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I am also a Master Certified Health Coach from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute with certifications in adult, senior and family stages. I’m a former elementary school teacher with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. Along the way I’ve authored over 250 real food, lunch and dinner recipes and co-founded TimeChop, a wellness app found on the Apple App Store. Oh, and I love taking pictures, trail running, snow skiing, mountain bike riding, backpacking; basically anything out in nature!
